Bubblehead, LLC

Bubblehead Tours specializes in group travel and entertainment. Over the years our travelers have enjoyed fun and affordable one day and extended escorted casino and entertainment tours.

We work with individual travelers, Senior Centers, Red Hatters, Bank Clubs, Churches, Groups of Friends, Retiree Organizations, Family Reunions, Travel Clubs, Conference Groups, VFW’s, Bowling Leagues, American Legions and many more. Bubblehead Tours has the experience to offer you or your group the best all-inclusive casino and entertainment tours around.

Deposits:

We ask for a per person deposit (price varies) to hold your reservation within 31 to 60 days prior to departure. Balance is due 30 days prior to departure. Tours fill up fast, so book your trip today. Due to changes in TSA security requirements you must, at the time of reservation, provide Bubblehead, LLC with your name and birthday exactly as it appears on the form of identification you plan to use.

Deposits Refunds:

The deposit fee is fully refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of booking the tour. After 48 hours, the deposit is not refundable.

Payments:

We are always looking for ways to keep costs down; therefore we prefer personal checks, money orders or cashier checks. However, we accept all forms of payment for convenience. Payments can be made via credit card, debit card and/or bank account via link on each event. Bubblehead, LLC reserves the right to cancel a reservation if payment final payment is not received within 30 days of trip departure, in which case cancelation fees will apply. Bubblehead, LLC will EMAIL (unless special arrangements are made) final travel confirmation (documents, if applicable) only after your account has been paid in full and your completed financial confirmation has been received.

NOTE: A $30 fee will be added for any returned financial transaction.

Late Reservations:

Late additions are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and may be subject to additional costs from our suppliers. Your payment must be made in full by credit card at the time of reservation. Late additions are subject to standard cancelation fees (see “Refunds & cancelations”) applicable at the time of reservation.

Refunds & Cancellations:

A $30.00 per person cancellation fee will be charged upon cancelling, regardless of reason. Cancellations within 30 days of departure will not be refunded. We suggest travel insurance on our larger trips. If cancellation is due to lack of reservations on behalf of Bubblehead, LLC, you will receive a full refund.

If you are booked in a double occupancy room and your roommate cancels, you will be responsible for paying the single supplement fee at the time your roommate cancels. In certain situations Bubblehead, LLC may find a suitable replacement. If this you agree with the replacement, no single room fees will apply.

Health Limitations:

Bubblehead, LLC Tours generally require that participants be in good physical and mental health. While Bubblehead, LLC encourages participation of disabled passengers on our tours, some itineraries and sites are not accessible by wheelchair or motorized scooter. When reserving your tour, please inform your Tour Consultant of any physical disabilities and limitations so he or she can help you determine the appropriateness of the itinerary you select. If such limitations cause you to require additional assistance, Bubblehead, LLC asks that you plan to travel with a companion who can provide assistance.

Tour Cancelations:

Bubblehead, LLC reserves the right, up to final payment date, to reschedule or cancel any tour that has an insufficient number of travelers. If an insufficient number of travelers registers for your tour you may choose another tour and/or departure date with a sufficient number of travelers, or cancel your tour without penalty. You will be responsible for all costs associated with independent travel arrangements. Bubblehead, LLC reserves the right to cancel a tour extension for low enrollment, we require at least 75% travelers for a trip/tour. If Bubblehead, LLC is forced to cancel a tour extension and a traveler subsequently chooses to cancel from the tour, standard cancelation fees will apply.

Itinerary Updates:

For casino trips, cash back and meals are provided by the casino(s) and are subject to change at their discretion. We are not responsible for any changes they may make. Schedules are subject to changes.

If improvements can be made to tour itineraries or unforeseen circumstances necessitate changes, Bubblehead, LLC reserves the right to amend, adjust or alter itineraries. Due to local or national holidays, seasonal hours of operation or availability, special events and/or peak harvest seasons, access to certain facilities and attractions including but not limited to vineyards, museums, historical sites or stores may be limited. On such occasions, and whenever possible, itinerary adjustments will be made by Bubblehead, LLC to minimize traveler inconvenience.

Bubblehead, LLC makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of its publications, but it cannot be held responsible for typographical or printing errors, including but not limited to prices.
